Brotherly Love!

The transition from an only child of four years to a Big Brother was hard on Conner. But with a little love and patience, Conner has turned into an awesome Big Brother.
Every day, we become amazed on how Conner is learning the ways of being a brother. Its hard being the "Big" Sibling. You are always the example. Sometimes not a good one and that is hard. We are trying hard as parents to make sure that Conner knows that its ok to make mistakes and that is a part of life.
Over the past month, a bond has started to form between the two of them. Which is amazing to watch. Conner is becoming protective of Hudson and really cares about him. We can only wish the best for our boys and continue to help them with their journey of "Brotherly Love!"

His Man Cave

I recently shared some of Conners art work in a previous post. Well, here is where all the Masterpieces are made! His closet! I am sure that is where all fine artist started out. :)

I created a little office for him and he has become very fond of that closet. When the house is quiet and I cant find him. I know that he is more than likely in his "Man Cave."

Walk for ALS

This morning, we braved the cold and rain to walk for ALS. As many of you know, our Grammy passed away in July from this nasty disease. We raised $1,215.00 for the fight. Not too shabby for our first year.
This plans on being a new family tradition for us. Each year, we will raise our "Goal" just a little bit higher.
We braved the cold and rain this morning...but nothing compares to the bravery of what our Grammy went through while fighting ALS.
They have found a cause for ALS....now lets find a cure!

SURPRISE!!!!

That is what we got last Sunday! A welcomed surprise from Texas. Grandma just decided to get in the car and come see us. We were all surprised when she rang the doorbell Sunday afternoon. We were very excited to see her. We had a busy week and needed some extra hands! Thanks again G-Ma for coming. Cant wait until the next surprise!

Belly Laughs

Conners newest entertainment. Thanks to Hudsons chubby belly.

Edward Scissor Toes

Recently, Conner has become very interested in art. He will hide in his closest and appear with new creations. Edward Scissor Toes is his newest creation. These little creations have been placed all around our house. These pieces of art remind me of my sisters creations as a child. Not because they are "kid like" but because she grew up to be an amazing artist and designer. And Edward type creations is how she started out.

With every new creation....there is always a prop that he wants to put with them. And its usually something that he will see laying around the house. Marshmallows, toothpicks and todays prop....a key.

So, Grandma and Grandpa Fleitman shouldnt be surprised if Edward is found hanging from one of their doors....I mean why not? He has a key to their house and all!
